The 2024 loss has hurt Democrats badly. They knew a Trump second term after they effectively stalled much of his first term agenda with impeachment trials and investigations, then lied about Hunter Biden’s laptop, conducted an illegal vote counting scheme in blue states in 2020, and then convicted him on bogus crimes on a personal real estate loan where no one was harmed, – they knew that he knew that the deep state apparatus must be dismantled and it would destroy much of their built-in political advantage the Dems have enjoyed over the years.
This is why there is so much chaos and pushback by the Left on Trump’s agenda.
He is taking on their political support apparatuses in the bureaucracy, media, and education by dismantling their bogus NGOs and federal taxpayer support. He’s revealing the dirty tricks they have played at the CIA, DOJ and FBI.
So now with the MAGA team upset (rightly) about the Attorney General Pam Bondi memo that says the Epstein matter is at a dead end, the media is looking to divide Trump allies any way they can and deflect from other matters.
When the mainstream media wants the focus to be on the Jeffrey Epstein files instead of the investigation into John Brennan, Former CIA Director and James Comey, Former FBI Director, and their treasonous actions, then you know that the bigger story is the latter.
That’s not to say that the Epstein files—or the lack thereof—are also a huge story and problem for Donald Trump; it most certainly is. After years of not just rumor and innuendo about a “client list” but also AG Pam Bondi saying she has the list on her desk and Alan Dershowitz saying he saw the list, most of us believe there must be a list, and people want to see it.
Trump promised to reveal the list, and so did Pam Bondi. Now, his FBI and DOJ are saying there isn’t a list? Trust is a big issue with MAGA, and that trust is eroding the longer this continues.
Bondi’s memo about the matter said there is “no incriminating ‘client list.’”
“There was also no credible evidence found that Epstein blackmailed prominent individuals as part of his actions,” and
“We did not uncover evidence that could predicate an investigation against uncharged third parties.”
But there are lots of unanswered questions, and now others are trying to fill in the gaps about why there is nothing more to report.
Bill O’Reilly noted that there are, at a minimum, records of Epstein’s interactions with prominent people. He said in an interview earlier this year that:
“I talked to President Trump, man to man, eye to eye, on St. Patrick’s Day about this.”
“He said, and I agree: There are a lot of names associated with Epstein that had nothing to do with Epstein’s conduct. They maybe had lunch with him or maybe had some correspondence for one thing or another.”
“If that name gets out, those people are destroyed — because there’s not going to be any context. The media doesn’t care about context — so you can’t do that.”
Others, including Alan Dershowitz, are speculating that Epstein was possibly a CIA asset and may have worked for Israeli intelligence, too, which is why the list is now not being produced.
This week, Trump berated a reporter for asking about Epstein, considering the more pressing problems in the world. He looked defensive in doing so, but Trump himself should understand that more answers are required.

He posits two possibilities:
First, there is the possibility that members of the Trump administration are in on it—that the conspiracy actually now includes Attorney General Pam Bondi, who vowed to disclose everything Epstein related; FBI Director Kash Patel, who called for the release of the supposed Epstein list before entering office; FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino, who as a radio and podcast host was strongly skeptical of the conventional narrative surrounding Epstein; Vice President JD Vance, who told a podcast host just weeks ago that the Epstein list would require release; and Trump himself, who advocated for that position during the campaign.
To believe this, you’d have to believe that all of these people entered office and then promptly reversed themselves on Epstein because they want to cover for the most scandalous pedophile ring of all time….
Then there’s the second possibility: that members of the Trump administration honestly believed that they would be able to unmask a hideous ring of pedophiliac activity—and then examined the evidence and found it didn’t justify their suspicions.
Frankly, I find this possibility far more plausible than the first possibility: I don’t believe that Bondi, Patel, Bongino, Vance, and Trump are so evil that they would cover for a full-scale pedophile ring. I could be wrong. But I generally like to have actual evidence of a cover-up of this magnitude before accusing people of covering up mass child rape.
But perhaps I’m wrong. That’s certainly possible. And if that happens, I’d change my opinion on the Epstein case and the people currently putting it to rest.
Is it possible, too, that the list along with other evidence of crimes was destroyed by the Biden administration? Considering the email evidence Hillary destroyed, no one should rule out that the evidence is just not there.
Here’s what we do have evidence of though, and it is, in my opinion, a bigger story.
This week, what we learned is that there is evidence that John Brennan and James Comey at a minimum lied under oath about the intelligence investigation into the Russia Collusion Hoax and quite possibly committed conspiracy against President Trump in their action to include the knowingly false Steele dossier in the in 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA).
This is THE Story. This is the story that the Democrats want buried and discredited and has Democrat lawyer Marc Elias telling the media how to react.
Jesse Watters said as much in this clip and reported by Real Clear Politics, “Why Isn’t Obama Under Investigation?”
MARC ELIAS, ATTORNEY: I am imploring, like honestly, I’m just imploring the media do not report this as a legitimate investigation. Do not report this as they’re opening an investigation into John Brennan, we will see where it goes.
Report this as the misuse, the abuse, the authoritarian takeover of the Department of Justice. That should be the headline.
WATTERS: Barack Hussein Obama, why isn’t he under investigation? Lovers Page and Strzok texted: “POTUS wants to know everything we’re doing.” You’re saying Brennan and Comey ran the spy web behind Barack’s back?
And that’s the real story. This all leads back to Barack Obama, likely the dirtiest politician ever in office. These are skills he learned in Chicago from the Democratic machine that put him in office and elevated him to President.
That machine still operates, by the way, and it does so using taxpayer money, more on that later.
The other big stories over the week surround ICE enforcement actions around the country.
1. Most alarming is the attack on ICE agents in Texas by radical antifa-like individuals that attacked agents outside an ICE detention facility in Alvarado, Texas, on July 4th. According to an ICE Press Release “ICE officials currently face a 700% increase in assaults as activists masquerading as immigrant advocates continue to impede operations.” In the Alvarado attack an ICE agent was shot in the neck. Just days later, a second attack on an ICE agent occurred when an armed activist shot a U.S. Border Patrol official in McAllen, TX.
Victor Davis Hanson called this insurrection and noted in his Daily Signal message why it is happening:
And the Left is saying, “Oh my gosh, we have no institutional power. And now the way that we exercise power without having legislative or executive influence is institutions, foundations, media, K-12, universities. And Donald Trump is starting to address our left-wing monopoly and dominance of those institutions. And if he were to be successful, we would collapse, dissipate, disintegrate. So, we’re going to go take to the streets and we’re going to use violence and we’re going to do anything possible to stop this Donald Trump counterrevolution.”
2. From the NY Post, 10 illegal migrant kids found at raided California pot farm: ‘Looks like potential human trafficking’
“The youngsters, one just 14 years old, were discovered by federal agents at Glass House Farms in Southern California during a chaotic operation in which one protester appeared to fire a gun at authorities, Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Rodney Scott said on X Thursday.
“This is Newsom’s California,” Scott said in response to California Gov. Gavin Newsom, who shared a video of the raid.’
The headline is the main story, but the secondary story is that CA Gov. Newsom condemned the raid despite law enforcement officers having criminal search warrants for the marijuana facility.
3. Border Czar Tom Homan says DHS has found 10,000 of the estimated 300,000 missing children that the Biden administration lost track of after they entered the country illegally. From this AOL article:
“We are looking for over 300,000 missing children. We’ve already found around 10,000, have you heard that anywhere? No, because the media’s simply not covering it,” Homan said. “And look, this should be a non-partisan issue. Arresting public safety threats and national security threats, everyone should be on the same page on that. Rescuing children, I mean, that should be a non-partisan issue.”
And these stories now bring me back to Illinois.
Department of Homeland Security agents showed up in Humboldt Park on Tuesday at the National Museum of Puerto Rican Art and Culture (NMPRAC). They said they were there in the parking lot “in advance of an enforcement action related to a narcotics investigation,” according to this CBS report.
In response to the action, numerous local Democrat officials and activists held a press conference on Wednesday.
All of the usual pro-illegal immigrant politicians were there, including Delia Ramirez, Congress IL-03 (D), whose mother crossed the border illegally and whose husband was a DACA individual, meaning his parents crossed illegally as well.
And, of course, a leader from the Illinois Coalitions for Immigrant and Refugee Rights was there as well. That organization was allocated $1.65 million in last year’s Illinois state budget. They are the lead organizers for all the protest marches in Chicago against ICE enforcement actions and in support of illegal immigration. Their website’s landing page boldly encourages people here illegally to “Know Your Rights.”
NMPRAC also received an allocation in last year’s state budget. According to our analysis as part of our DOGE IL series, NMPRAC was set to get $2.75 million over eight different budget lines.
These politicians should be careful. The gravy train is going to end for these NGOs that have received taxpayer support, but do nothing but act as political advocacy groups for the Left.
These are just two of the groups that are attempting to thwart the laws of our nation and are receiving support from the Pritzker administration.
Both of these organizations also receive funding in the current FY26 budget that just passed. We are still tallying up the total amount.
The rhetoric at the press conference from the Latin leaders mirrors the talking points coming from California Democrats and also Governor JB Pritzker. While ICE agents are being attacked and child labor trafficking is being uncovered, Pritzker put out this post on his X account in both English and Spanish –
It’s important to note that Pritzker (or likely a staffer) uses his X account a lot. There has been no mention of the attack on ICE agents. No mention of the ICE bust at the marijuana farm in CA that found illegal immigrant minors working. Only this post, after the nothing-burger DHS meeting at NMPRAC that resulted in no arrests or other action.
Let’s be clear, ICE is first and foremost after criminal illegal aliens, and a new study shows sanctuary states have released more than 25,000 of them without notifying ICE.

California was by far the worst offender, but the deep blue states of Illinois, Massachusetts, and Connecticut, along with Virginia, also released thousands of criminals from their jails without alerting ICE that they were being released, CIS.org reported.
The study totaled the release of 22,283 criminal illegals released into the populace since last October. There have been 25,283 released since 2023.
The worst was California with 13,025 criminals released. That is followed by the 2,946 released by Illinois, the 1,601 released by Virginia, Massachusetts with 1,324, and Connecticut with 1,153.
The study chronicled particular jails in extremist regions that released thousands of criminals into the general population without observing the ICE detainers filed against the criminals. The worst offender was the Santa Clara County Jail in California with more than 3,000 criminal illegals allowed to just walk out into California’s population. The Cook County Jail in Chicago, Illinois, was guilty of releasing more than a thousand dangerous criminals into the city. The far-left Fairfax County Adult Detention Center in Virginia also released more than a thousand criminals.
Our Governor should embrace ICE, DHS, and DOJ action to rid the streets of these illegals instead of working against them.
The Left can play their games, but it won’t end well for them. They are destroying the states they control, and people are moving out. Look at how more moderate voices are now raising concerns over the Democratic nominee for NYC, Mamdani, whose ideas are not just wacky, but economically and socially dangerous.
If people have attempted to change out their politicians, but the majority keep voting for a party ID (that is now run by socialists) instead of understanding what the person stands for, then sensible people see no other option but to move. And the younger they are, the more mobile they are. The more they have to lose, the more likely they are to move. Unless they are in on the scams, they are leaving.
That’s the future of Chicago and Illinois. Pritzker can continue to buy 50 jobs at a time from green energy manufacturers at a cost of $80,000 or more, but he’ll never build a truly booming economy like Texas, Florida, and Tennessee have under the Leftist social and economic policies he supports.

Why Is Illinois Suing ICE?
A Democrat-run, multi-state coalition wants to keep Medicaid enrollment information away from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Illinois and 19 other states are arguing that the mass transfer of this data violates the law by exposing confidential information, including immigration status.
The coalition is also suing the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security over HHS’s June decision to provide ICE access to Medicaid data.
The problem is, federal law does not currently allow illegal immigrants to enroll in non-emergency Medicaid. Despite this, data from the Congressional Budget Office showed that at least 1.4 million illegals are enrolled in TAXPAYER-FUNDED programs, including Medicaid.
