Many Americans are just learning about the strange sentencing of Supreme Court Associate Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s assassin-wannabe, 29-year-old Nicholas Roske, and they are not happy. What we learned from his sentence is that the new “Get Out of Jail Almost Free” card reads, “JUST PRETEND TO BE A WOMAN.”
Yes, Roske is yet another disturbed American with murderous intentions who claims he’s a she. He is a six foot, 170 lb. man with a deep voice who goes by the transonym “Sophie.” And he had goals.
As reported by CBS News, Roske wanted to kill not one, not two, but three Supreme Court Justices “in an effort to ‘single-handedly alter the constitutional order for ideological ends.’” He was no ordinary millennial slacker. No siree.
The minimum sentence for the crime of “attempting to kill a United States Supreme Court Justice” is thirty years in prison, but the sentencing guidelines are “advisory” as opposed to mandatory. So, Biden-appointed judge, Deborah Boardman, took those guidelines under advisement and decided to shave 22 years off the minimum sentence.
Yes, you too can try to assassinate government leaders, and all it will cost you is a slap on the wrist as long as you claim you’re not the sex you are.
So, don’t go offing yourself. So messy and unnecessary. Just cross-dress, and in a few years, you’ll sashay out of prison a free man—er, “woman.”
Roske, who travelled from his home state of California to Maryland, armed with a “Glock-17 pistol with ammunition, zip ties, a tactical knife, pepper spray, a hammer, a screwdriver, a nail punch, a crowbar, duct tape, a pistol light, and boots padded to be stealthy,” approached Kavanaugh’s home with the intent of killing Kavanaugh and then himself in an effort to give his life “meaning.” Roske was motivated by Kavanaugh’s vote to rescind Roe v. Wade and for Roske’s assumption that Kavanaugh “would loosen gun control laws.”
Does the Glock-carrying, would-be assassin really not see the irony?
It was a text conversation with his sister in which he told her his plans that likely saved the life of Kavanaugh. His sister persuaded him to turn himself in to the police.
In Judge Boardman’s lengthy sentencing statement, she referred to Roske by female pronouns and honorifics despite the fact that he is biologically male and has not changed his name on any legal documents. Revealing her leftist bias and ignorance—but I repeat myself—Boardman said,
Ms. Roske came out to herself as transgender in 2020 but kept it secret. Ms. Roske’s sister came out as gay two years prior but Ms. Roske saw that their parents struggled to reconcile her sexuality with their religious beliefs.
I am heartened that this terrible infraction has helped the Roske family … accept their daughter for who she is.
He’s not a daughter. He’s not a “she.” And everyone knows that.
An “infraction” is throwing a spitball in class. A terrible infraction is landing a spitball on a teacher. An aborted plan to assassinate a Supreme Court Justice (or three) is a heinous crime.
If leftists can’t defund the police, they’ll defang the justice system. They’ll make our streets safe for criminals by hook and crook.
Boardman is “heartened” that the parents of this deeply troubled young man are now participating in the grievous lie that likely contributed to his murderous desires. What Roske needs is good mental health counseling to help him sort out why he falsely believes he is a woman and help him bring his subjective feelings into alignment with his biological sex.
It’s a mystery why leftists believe that when there is “incongruence” between subjective feelings and objective, healthy, properly functioning bodies, the problems rests with healthy bodies.
Those who can remember back forty or so years know that the likelihood of one family having a lesbian daughter and cross-dressing son would approach zero.
Back in the days before leftists eradicated all ideological diversity from the academy and before they had created all the little worker bees/anarchists, we did not see the kind of sexual confusion and suffering we see today. This points to the efficacy of propaganda and social contagions.
This tragic story of Nicholas Roske becomes even more tragic in that it is unlikely he will ever get the help he needs. The same system that taught Nicholas Roske that his mental distress was caused by being “born in the wrong body”—a malignant deceit—is the same system that legally bans counseling to help young distressed, confused people come to respect and be thankful for the bodies God gave them. God doesn’t make mistakes.
One caveat regarding the “Get Out of Jail Almost Free” card: if you’re a cross-dressing murderer-wannabe whose jam is shooting little children, you may not get off as easy. Not even leftists are fond of murdering small children—well, at least not small children who have escaped the treacherous waters of the womb.
