Tis a puzzlement that anyone believes anything good comes from leftists. Their mouths are full of lies; their hearts full of hatred; their political plans full of chaos, lawlessness, and violence. They are incapable of creating a culture conducive to comity, unity, health, safety, or freedom. Real human freedom depends on a shared, internalized moral framework that facilitates peace and order, which is exactly what leftists seek to erode or eradicate. In short, they work against human flourishing.
In the summer of “love” leftists showed their true colors with the BLM flag: red for Marxism, black for violence, green for the money wealthy leftists pour into pockets of activists to do the anarchical work of destroying monuments, history, the unborn, confused children, marriage, family, faith, sexual boundaries, private property, and law enforcement. Leftists oppose any virtue, value, convention, and institution that restrains evil and preserves order.
The Democrat Party has learned nothing from the defeat of token-hire Kamala Harris and election of President Trump about what America needs and Americans want. The more things change, the more the Democrat Party stays the same: regressive and revolutionary.
In 2020, Nancy Pelosi wearing appropriated kente cloth kneeled in the Capitol to worship one of the minor gods of leftists: George Floyd, a recidivist criminal who died while resisting arrest for passing a bad check, all of which happened when he was high on enough illegal drugs to kill a bear.
Floyd is a fitting god for the Democrat Party, which opposes drug laws, incarceration, and law enforcement.
Aimless American leftists with rage in their eyes looked back at Pelosi’s deification of criminal Floyd and were inspired. So, before Israel had even begun to clean up the carnage Hamas left in its savage wake, American leftists had appropriated keffiyehs and begun to worship Hamas—er, I mean Palestine.
Of course, they had to worship from afar—like from really afar. All those lesbian dykes don’t want to risk being beheaded by the little gods they worship.
To Democrats, utopia is having the streets filled with George Floyds, illegal immigrants tatted up with gang symbols, radical Muslims, cross-dressing fetishists with bad intent, and smashers and grabbers who are just misunderstood, impoverished young people who deserve what they can grab because—ya know—equity.
The abiding commitment of leftists to antisociality explains the odiousness of texts sent in 2022 by Virginia’s current Democrat candidate for attorney general, Jay Jones, to a Republican.
After the death of moderate Democrat colleague Joe Johnson, Jones texted the following about Republicans who had made kind statements about or attended the funeral of Johnson, including House Speaker Todd Gilbert:
If those guys die before me, I will go to their funerals to piss on their graves
Send them out awash in something
Three people, two bullets. Gilbert, Hitler and Pol Pot. Gilbert gets two bullets to the head. Spoiler: put Gilbert in the crew with the two worst people you know and he receives both bullets every time
Jones also expressed his wish that Gilbert’s children “die in their mother’s arms” and his belief that Gilbert and his wife are “evil” people who are “breeding little fascists.”
His colleague chastised him saying, “You are talking about hoping Jennifer Gilbert’s children would die,” to which Jones, replied,
Yes, I’ve told you this before. Only when people feel pain personally do they move on policy.
Of course, now that he’s been caught, he’s issued his “deepest apology.” After “reading back” his own words, he claims to have felt “sick to my stomach … embarrassed, ashamed.”
It took three years, getting caught in the middle of a political race, and a rereading for Jones to regret what he texted. What kind of person even thinks such thoughts, let alone types them out?
No man or woman who has said such evil things should be anywhere near a political office and certainly nowhere near a position related to law enforcement.
Closer to home, we have the inept, Nazi-invoking Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker and his equally inept sidekick Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson who keep Chicago streets bathed in blood, while they support border lawlessness and oppose law enforcement efforts to make Chicago streets safe.
On Wednesday, in an embarrassing statement to President Trump regarding the National Guard troops sent to help keep Chicagoans safe, Clown Prince Pritzker puffed himself up, looked directly into an MSNBC camera like the warrior he fancies himself, and said,
If you come for my people, you come through me. So, come and get me.
Then he held out his hands for imaginary handcuffs. So brave.
Enquiring minds want to know who exactly Pritzker’s “people” are? Illegal aliens? Murderers? Gang members? Other corrupt Democrats?
Just three days ago, Pritzker, who heartily supports Chicago’s sanctuary city status, called Trump’s use of the National Guard to protect American citizens “an invasion.” So, let’s unpack this.
When the National Guard comes to Chicago to protect Americans, it’s an invasion. But when millions of unvetted illegal aliens—including rapists, drug dealers, gang members, terrorists, and murderers—flooded American cities, it was not an invasion. But why wasn’t it? Because those are Pritzker’s peeps.
Sidekick Brandon Johnson outdid even the Clown Prince in making absurd statements. In Johnson’s efforts to protect border scofflaws from ICE, Johnson said,
We have a rogue, reckless group of heavily armed, masked individuals roaming throughout our city that are not accountable to the people of Chicago. Their actions put all Chicagoans at risk.
Johnson called ICE agents—government workers—a “rogue, reckless” group that is “roaming” the city putting Chicagoans at risk. Just wondering how Johnson describes illegal aliens who shouldn’t be in Chicago and are not accountable to Chicagoans even as they benefit from Chicagoans’ taxes and sometimes roam, steal, and kill, sometimes wearing masks.
It is the beliefs, values, policies, and rhetoric of leftists that create the instability and violence that are ruining our cities and endangering the lives of Americans and those who risk their lives daily to protect Americans: police and ICE officers.
Recently, in the Chicago suburbs of West Chicago and Waukegan, arrogant elected leaders Karina Villa and Holly Kim walked their streets shrieking that ICE agents were in the neighborhood. The harpies were hoping to prevent those agents from doing their jobs. In so doing, Villa and Kim fomented resistance to and hatred of good men doing their jobs to preserve law and order. Both women should be booted out.
The proliferation of attacks on ICE agents looks a lot like the abuse leftists heaped on young soldiers returning from Vietnam, spitting on them and hurling epithets at men who had served the country that allows leftists to spew their venom freely.
Those conservatives who failed to grasp the degree of hatred leftists have for them had an epiphany following September 10 when scores of leftists celebrated Charlie Kirk’s assassination.
Murder-celebrants claimed his opposition to the “trans” superstition and its snake oil “treatments” justifies their hatred and his murder. Don’t ignore the once-quiet part now openly cheered on social media: Leftists hate conservatives and want them dead.
Why no self-consciousness about celebrating a grotesque public murder?
What leftists have done to rationalize lawlessness, censorship of public speech on college campuses, and now murder is to claim that certain speech causes “harm,” and, therefore, censorship and violence are justified.
But the “harm” they claim is “caused” by the expression of ideas is either, 1. their own feelings about the ideas expressed, or 2. the antisocial actions they—leftists–choose to engage in following the public expression of those ideas.
“Harm,” now peculiarly defined as to include leftists’ feelings while excluding conservatives’ feelings, has become the moral free pass to violate First Amendment rights and apparently even laws prohibiting murder.
And “harm,” now peculiarly defined as to include the freely chosen lawbreaking protests of leftists, becomes the shield to protect colleges and universities—those bastions of truth-seeking—as they shut down conservative speakers—speakers who ironically oppose lawbreaking and violence.
All a group of leftist students on a campus need do to get a speaker cancelled is threaten chaos and violence (i.e., “harm”), and administrations have a handy dandy rationalization for curtailing First Amendment rights. In other words, leftists volitionally manufacture harm, then use that to justify curtailing speech or murder.
Leftists are nothing if not cunning—oh, and deceitful, tyrannical, and violent.
