Unpleasant Stuff About the Parasitic SPLC

Here’s a fact too little known: the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) has an educational arm. (What propagandist organization doesn’t have its dirty little fingers in the minds of other people’s children?) The SPLC’s education project was long called “Teaching Tolerance,” and it produced a free newsletter to which teachers all over the country subscribed. That newsletter was chock ‘o’ block full of classroom activities for teachers to use to indoctrinate little ones with leftist assumptions on a host of topics, including on disordered sexuality.

In 2021, the SPLC changed the name to “Learning for Justice.” During the pandemic shutdown when parents learned what was really going on in classrooms, “tolerance” began to acquire a bad name. If more people had known that “tolerance” both denoted and connoted the idea of putting up with something objectionable, perhaps it never would have gained the cultural cachet it once had.

On top of the connection between “tolerance” and objectionable phenomena, there was the problem with “teaching.” The word “teaching” lost it’s positive patina among leftists long ago. Leftists have criticized the idea of teaching in that it implies the active transfer to or imposition of ideas from an authority figure to an empty vessel. That’s a practice leftists pretend to believe is objectionable even as they actively stuff their untested, untrue beliefs down the throats and into the hearts of minds of impressionable children.

So, bogged down with the semantic baggage of both “teaching” and “tolerance,” like all good little leftist foot soldiers, the SPLC manipulated language, replacing “teaching” with “learning” and “tolerance” with “justice.” Abracadabra, Teaching Tolerance became the passive Learning for Justice. No one can oppose “justice,” now can they.

One of the central players in the Learning for Justice project has a surname unpleasantly familiar to many Americans: Hasan Kwame Jeffries. He is an associate professor of history at Ohio State University and the brother of infamous leftwing U.S. Senator and president-wannabe Hakeem Jeffries.

The two activists differ in that Hasan Jeffries, who uses classrooms to promote leftist ideologies, is reportedly further left than Hakeem Jeffries.

Hasan Jeffries shouted these words at a No Kings rally on October 19, 2025, in Columbus, Ohio:

We have an administration that rejects the consent of the governed and violates the sacred covenant at the heart of American democracy. This administration, this White House has made it clear they do not believe in civil rights or in human rights. They govern through fear and force. … They demand our obedience and our absolute loyalty. And I say to hell with that. … So, to every liar, to every tyrant, to every coward who has betrayed the people and violated the sacred trust of the government, you are now on notice! This is our democracy, and we are taking it back!

The federal government has used the SPLC as a source of information and has paid SPLC activists to “train” government employees, which means to indoctrinate them with leftist assumptions. Yes, we the people have subsidized the SPLC.

Inculcating government employees or public school students with controversial leftist claims about skin color; systemic racism; sexual attraction; or subjective, internal feelings about maleness or femaleness (aka “gender” identity) is not an essential government function. With the national debt approaching $39 trillion, we don’t have one obsolete penny to spend on indoctrination.

In July 2025, the SPLC’s CEO, Margaret Huang, resigned purportedly to care for aging parents. Coincidentally, her resignation came just ten months after 92% of the SPLC’s union supported a “no-confidence motion, with the union calling for Huang’s removal.” It wasn’t her leftist dogma that got her in hot water. It was her layoffs.

Huang’s leftist ideological bona fides were eye-poppingly clear in a Daily Kos guest essay published one month before she gave up her fight to retain her $520,000 per year position. When the SPLC wasn’t paying racists to keep racism alive, they were paying Huang buckets of ducats to do the same.

This essay was prompted by Huang’s high dudgeon about corporate America retreating from its prior coerced fealty to homosexuals and cross-dressing fetishists, that is, “Pride” month. Here’s a tidbit of the leftist slop she fed Americans:

Pride Month kicked off with a spirit of defiance this year as major companies backed away from sponsorships and support of LGBTQ+ celebrations. This departure—which marks a stark change from how companies have championed Pride in recent years—signals how hard-right extremist groups have managed to push their once fringe beliefs into our daily lives.

She actually said that. In the delusional, deceitful, insular world in which leftists live and move and have their darkened being, it is conservatives who have “pushed” “fringe” beliefs into the daily lives of other people.

The SPLC will not tolerate all those wacky conservatives with their fringy opposition to elementary school children reading picture books about homo animals, little boys who cross-dress, and princes who kiss men interfering with LGBTQ+ activism.

The SPLC will not stand for pushy conservatives who oppose exposing teens in government schools to comic books about lesbians using strap-on dildos.

And how dare companies defy the dictates of adults obsessed with deviant sexuality who want to publicly twerk in front of toddlers or parade down Main Street in chaps and nothing else. The SPLC would have you know that corporate defiance of such dictates constitutes a “stark change” for America.

Huang continued with the SPLC’s ahistorical view of American history, claiming that the “shift” away from widespread cultural affirmation of arguable DEI assumptions “is part of a long and coordinated strategy by hard-right extremists to reshape American life and infiltrate politics and governance.”

Those who have lived longer than twenty years know with absolute certainty that the long, coordinated strategy to reshape American life and infiltrate politics and governance has come, not from hard-right extremists, but from hard-left extremists who have dominated the premier culture-shaping institutions since the late 1960s.

It’s leftists that have controlled with an iron fist, brass knuckles, and hive minds colleges and universities, public schools, and the entertainment industry, thereby turning education into indoctrination and children into ideological robots untutored in the practice of critical argumentation.

The SPLC has used our schools and the federal government to do its dirty work and then condemns conservatives who dare to stand against the wealthy and powerful SPLC. Huang continued:

What began as a small and vocal minority of people mobilizing during the pandemic to censor classroom discussion, ban books, fight mask mandates, and impose a white, Christian supremacy in schools, quickly gained a foothold of influence in the political discourse. … One of the main groups driving that shift is Turning Point USA, whose primary strategy is sowing and exploiting fear over the false conspiracy that white Christians are under attack from immigrants, LGBTQ+ people and civil rights activists.

Whites have been under attack by DEI devotees.

Americans have been attacked, raped, and murdered by illegal immigrants who were invited by Biden to flood the country and protected by sanctuary city policies like Chicago’s.

LGBTQ+ activists have, indeed, attacked the fundamental rights of conservative Christians, demanding that they speak lies, bake wedding cakes for non-weddings, and undress in the presence of persons of the opposite sex.

The SPLC is an extremist hate group. It hates decency and courageous defiance of lies. Maybe, just maybe Trump’s Justice Department will finally rid America of this pestilent parasite.
