Freedom in Illinois

Today’s message is on freedom. A Cato study in 2021 ranked all 50 states in 16 different categories of personal and economic freedom, Overall, on the Cato Freedom Index, we ranked 37th in the last two years. Since the study was published, things have changed dramatically in Illinois.
