Tim Mapes, (former Chief of Staff for Mike Madigan) trail has started.

Mapes is on trial now on federal charges of perjury and attempted obstruction of justice in the Madigan investigation. While those charges all fall on Mapes, plenty of Democrat legislators and elected officials knew how the game was played in Springfield.
