Judicial Watch Sues to Enforce Voter Roll Clean Up on Behalf of Illinois Conservative Leaders
Wheaton, IL – Non profit organizations Illinois Family Action and Breakthrough Ideas; along with lawfully registered Illinois voter Carol J. Davis; join with Judicial Watch in announcing that a federal lawsuit has been filed against the Illinois State Board of Elections and its Executive Director, Bernadette Matthews. At issue is failure to comply with federal law regarding voter roll maintenance (the National Voter Registration Act of 1993, NVRA). The lawsuit was filed in United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

The trials of four individuals that were allegedly involved in the ComEd bribery scheme began this week. It is interesting that the prosecutors have put former Democrat House members on the stand. So far, Scott Drury, Lou Lang, and Carol Sente have testified as to Madigan’s power over legislation.

She called herself the Triple Threat because she was a Black – Gay – Woman. The costumes didn’t save her. She couldn’t bribe her way to victory. In the end, she lost because she did nothing. No one is better off in Chicago after her four years in office except the Chicago Teachers Union.

I will leave it to the political science majors, pundits, consultants, and talking heads to make all the prognostications about the Red Wave that wasn’t. They will have a laundry list of explanations, many of them valid. It is very important to get to understand the election outcome because the country – and specifically Illinois – could not be in worse shape culturally, economically, and from a freedom perspective.
