Over the last two weeks, illegal immigrants reportedly have been dropped off in the following towns: Kankakee, Elmhurst, Hinsdale, Downers Grove, Elgin, West Chicago, Aurora, Tinley Park, Villa Park, Forest Park, Woodstock, Wheaton, Glen Ellyn, Fox River Grove, Naperville, and more.
In just two days, December 28-29, at least 17 busses brought migrants to suburban train stations according to this DuPage Policy Journal. The migrants have generally waited to board the next train to Chicago. Some have been picked up in cars. Many police and fire departments have been at the train stations to ensure the migrants get on the train and do not disperse into the community.
