Students And Families Are Irrelevant

Democrats across the country are systematically destroying American public schools, and they DON’T CARE. It’s all about money, politics, and power for them. But people are catching on. According to a recent Gallup poll, K-12 education has now reached a record low in the number of people who are even “somewhat satisfied” with the state of education in the U.S.

Despite dismal test scores, teachers’ unions and school administrators continue to ram students through THEIR system by lowering proficiency requirements, sending these kids into the world without basic skills and perpetuating the cycles of poverty and unemployment. Budgets are irrelevant, schools are half empty, and teachers’ unions are spending most of their money on political campaigns and lobbying.

The Fat Cats keep getting fatter while students, families and taxpayers suffer.

Legal scholar, writer and commentator, Jonathan Turley, likens the U.S. education system to a CARTEL and explains in this piece how he came to that conclusion (specifically citing Illinois as an example):
