Detransitioner Lawsuits Will Crush “Trans”-Cultism

Despite frenetic efforts of child-harm advocates to keep inconvenient truths locked up tight, truth has a pesky way of escaping even the most heavily guarded prisons as is happening with head-spinning speed lately.

On Jan. 30, 2026, the Free Press broke the gangbuster story on the successful $2 million medical malpractice lawsuit against plastic surgeon Dr. Simon Chin and psychologist Kenneth Einhorn who collaborated to butcher the healthy body of a minor girl with serious mental health problems.

The Free Press described the plight of the troubled 16-year-old Fox Varian:

Fox Varian had a turbulent childhood. Her parents split when she was 7, triggering a three-year custody battle that ultimately saw her estranged from her father. She suffered from a constellation of mental health problems, including depression, anxiety, and social phobia. She was diagnosed with autism and bounced around various schools. Her first period sent her into a meltdown, and she battled disordered eating and body-image issues. By mid-adolescence, she was completely lost.

At fifteen she concluded that she was a boy and eleven months later, aided and abetted by Einhorn, Varian hired Chin to slice off her healthy breasts, a decision she now, at 22, deeply regrets.

Four days later on Feb. 3, 2026, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASP), published an official position statement that rejects the position of “trans”-cultists and their collaborators on surgery for gender-dysphoric minors:

Consistent with ASPS’s August 2024 statement that the overall evidence base for gender-related endocrine and surgical interventions is low certainty, and in light of recent publications reporting very low/low certainty of evidence regarding mental health outcomes, along with emerging concerns about potential long-term harms and the irreversible nature of surgical interventions in a developmentally vulnerable population, ASPS concludes there is insufficient evidence demonstrating a favorable risk-benefit ratio for the pathway of gender-related endocrine and surgical interventions in children and adolescents. ASPS recommends that surgeons delay gender-related breast/chest, genital, and facial surgery until a patient is at least 19 years old.

The ASP looked at available reviews and meta-analyses of existing studies and found little to no high-certainty evidence proving the safety and efficacy of surgery. But absence of evidence that vulnerable adolescents will be helped rather than harmed means nothing to activists.

The New York Times reported that one day after the ASP issued its policy statement, the American Medical Association (AMA) issued a statement concurring with that of the ASP:

In the absence of clear evidence, the A.M.A. agrees with A.S.P.S. that surgical interventions in minors should be generally deferred to adulthood.

The NYTimes shared this disturbing statistic:

A review of hospital data review of hospital data from 2016 through 2020 identified about 3,600 patients aged 12 to 18 who had received gender-related surgery. The vast majority were mastectomies.

Hundreds of minor girls whose prefrontal cortexes will not be fully developed until age 25-26 are making life-changing decisions, the implications and risk of which they cannot fully comprehend. The prefrontal cortex is the last part of the brain to develop and it serves “a vital part of daily life because of its role in cognitive function. The PFC is responsible for executive function, which is high-order thinking that includes decision-making and planning for the future.”

But leftists are panicked that the halcyon days of child trans-abuse are ending.

Homo-pseudo-journalist Daniel Villareal desperate to undermine the ASP statement but having nothing substantive to defend his position instead just jampacked his article for LGBTQ Nation with semantically loaded words and linked to studies few will bother to examine.

He wrote that the ASP “admits” the scope and purpose of the creation of the policy statement and that the ASP “admitted” what specific meta-analyses it used to determine its policy. By using the word “admit,” with its connotation of an admission of wrongdoing, Villareal misleads. He could have said the ASP “stated” or “made clear.”

One of the documents the ASP used in the creation of its policy statement was the “2024 Independent Review of Gender Identity Services for Children and Young People: Final Report commissioned by NHS England and authored by Dr. Hilary Cass.”

Villareal described this influential review of research conducted by a well-respected pediatrician as “infamous.” It is only infamous to trannies and their ideological collaborators.

But perhaps the worst part of Villareal’s pathetic effort to undermine the impact of the ASP’s statement was his eager beaver appeal to a study co-authored by the controversial psychologist/gender activist Kristina R. Olson.

Villareal states that the study demonstrates “trans youth tend to be consistent in their identities, even after a decade.” This study tracked children who transitioned young and whose families supported their social transitioning through pronouns, new names, clothing, and hairstyles.

What Villareal didn’t mention is that 92-94% of the transgender children who were followed from age 8.1 – 14.3 had been put on puberty blockers and/or cross-sex hormones by the end of the study. In other words, no one knows if the consistency in their “trans” identities was a function of the chemical manipulation.

This is the kind of lousy research and dishonest reporting that has facilitated the metastasis of the “trans” virus.

Don’t be lulled into a complacent stupor by the clinical, dispassionate tone of the emerging consensus among medical professionals regarding the poor quality of evidence exploited by child-harm advocates. What has been done to children and young adults by mental health “professionals” (increasingly meaningless nomenclature) and physicians is scandalous. Thousands of minors have been grievously harmed, and the social, emotional, and physical trajectories of their lives forever changed.

The truth about transing kids is bursting out of the closet where cross-dressing fetishists tried to hide it, and it’s scaring the wadding out of all bearded ladies and men in petticoats, oh and all the profiteers in white coats.

The lawsuits are coming.
