QUICK HIT: DOUBLESPEAK

Tripping all over himself, Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul is claiming that he wants mail-in voting for Illinois, but at the same time he wants the United States Postal Service (USPS) to stay out of it.

How is that supposed to work, Mr. Raoul?

As part of a coalition of 25 states (you can probably guess which ones), he is arguing in a lawsuit that the USPS is violating the Constitution, which makes clear that states have the primary authority to administer elections, and the USPS’s procedural interference will upend successful, longstanding vote-by-mail procedures.

You can’t have it both ways, Democrats.
