Locusts Are Descending on Chicago

Today, Friday September 4, 2026, locusts are descending on Chicago—er, I mean, socialists, they’re definitely socialists. Locusts are productive members of our ecosystem.

The annual four-day Socialism Conference began this morning at 9:00 a.m. at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place hotel, which is part of the hotel chain founded by the Pritzker family. The Hyatt Regency is now publicly owned, but in his role as governor, J.B. Pritzker appoints five of the ten members of the board that governs the Hyatt Regency. So, it is fitting that “Socialism 2026” would hold its conference at the hotel chain founded and run by leftist presidential wannabe J.B. Pritzker.

Everyone who is anyone in the anti-America, redistributionist collective is in Chicago this weekend—the city Democrats have destroyed economically, politically, and socially. Here are just a few of the speakers who will spread the failed gospel of socialism, which has wrecked economies, oppressed peoples, and caused untold suffering throughout the world:

Hasan Piker: No rogues’ gallery of anti-truth, America-hating crusaders would be complete without profiteer Hasan Piker, who is described in the conference brochure as possessing a “characteristically irreverent sense of humor.” Here’s one of Piker’s rib-ticklers:

Yeah, kill them. Kill those motherf*ckers and murder those mother*ckers in the streets. Let the streets soak in their f*cking red capitalist blood, dude.

Willie “Vicky” Osterweil: Osterweil is the 40-year-old crossdresser infamous for his book In Defense of Looting: A Riotous History of Uncivil Action in which he argues,

When I use the word looting, I mean the mass expropriation of property, mass shoplifting during a moment of upheaval or riot. That’s the thing I’m defending. I’m not defending any situation in which property is stolen by force. It’s not a home invasion either. It’s about a certain kind of action that’s taken during protests and riots. … [Looting] does a number of important things. It gets people what they need for free immediately, which means that they are capable of living and reproducing their lives without having to rely on jobs or a wage.

Eman Abdelhadi: She is the lesbian half-sister of Abdul El-Sayed with whom she is close. El-Sayed, who is running for the U.S. Senate in Michigan, is the infamous America-hating Muslim and ally of infamous America-hating antisemitic podcaster Hasan Piker. Abdelhadi, a University of Chicago assistant professor who was arrested for spitting on an Illinois State Police trooper during an anti-ICE demonstration, publicly stated that her employer is evil:

I don’t care about this institution. Like I don’t—like fuck the University of Chicago. It’s evil. … It’s a colonial landlord. … And a place where I have access to thousands of people that I potentially organize. … this is where I need to build power. … [T]his is my best possible structural leverage.

She also posted this on X in 2024: “I wrote an entire novel about transitioning out of capitalism to a stateless communized society.” That makes sense in that she also believes that “capitalism is at the root of pretty much all of our social ills.”

Sophie Lewis: Lewis is an uber-radical feminist who worships feticide. In a 2022 article titled, “Abortion Involves Killing–and That’s OK!,” Lewis wrote,

When “pro-life” forces agitate against feticide on the basis that it is killing, pro-abortion feminists should be able to acknowledge, without shame, that yes, of course it is. When we withdraw from gestating, we stop the life of the product of our gestational labor. And it’s a good thing we do.

That sociopathic kind of thinking isn’t new to Lewis. In 2019, she said,

Abortion is … a form of killing. It’ s a form of killing that we need to be able to defend. I am not interested in where a human life starts to exist. …

[L]ooking at the biology of this kind of hemochorial placentation helps me think about the violence, that, innocently, a fetus metes out vis-a-vis a gestator. And that violence is an unacceptable violence for someone who does not want to do gestational work. The violence that the gestator metes out to essentially go on strike, or exit that workplace, is an acceptable violence.

As I wrote earlier, “Hemachorial placentation” is a $10 technical term that refers to the natural process by which a mother’s body sustains her developing offspring by bathing his or her chorion (outer layer of tissue enveloping the baby) in nutrient-rich blood (hemo) via the placenta (placentation).

Hemachorial placentation doesn’t mete out violence—innocently or otherwise—unless, of course, “violence” is redefined to include non-violent, natural processes. Lewis needs to redefine this natural process as violence in order to justify the actual violence mothers and their hired killers mete out to humans in the womb—humans that have no part in nor cause the alleged “violence” of “hemochorial placentation.”

Rhetorical manipulation is the weapon of choice for leftists.

Megan Romer: In an interviews with Shannon Bream, Romer asserted that she wants to abolish the U.S. Senate, replace the presidency and Supreme Court as we know them, abolish ICE, abolish borders and give amnesty to anyone in the U.S. illegally, defund the Pentagon, abolish prisons, and abolish private ownership of large corporations.

The dream of socialists is to abolish the United States of America and make a new borderless land mass where outlaws roam free.

Amna A. Akbar: Akbar wrote this for Columbia University Law School’s Center for Contemporary Critical Thought in 2018—eight years ago:

We need to organize our universities. We have to do political work with and in service of joining and building collectives of people working to transform our society. We need to join mass and base-building organizations, build collective spaces, and contribute to social movements and party organizations. … We need to read and to learn and to teach not in service of our careers but in service of the collective. …

In all of our work, we need to be attuned to power, shifting it and building it. In movements and organizations seeking to build their power, what matters is not new ideas but ideas that resonate, that repeat, that find their ways into our ears and our vocabulary and just repeat repeat repeat.

Socialists have been repeating and repeating their message ad nauseum in our centers of critical indoctrination for decades, and their spawn have been birthed.

Mumai Abu-Jamal: This rogue is a convicted murderer sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole for killing 25-year-old Philadelphia police officer Daniel Faulkner in the face and back in 1981.

As leftists pursue their quest to destroy America, those are the thinkers they hope will construct their anarchical dystopia. Down with the Founding Fathers. Up with commies, killers, and trannies.
