This is what a man does. This is what all men should do.
On June 17, 2025, the school board at Shepard Middle School in Deerfield, Illinois, on Chicago’s North Shore got spanked—hard—when Pastor John Amanchukwu stood to deliver the rhetorical whipping the board so richly deserved. He was there to address several sexuality-related issues that together form a corrosive leftist-generated cancer that has metastasized to publicly subsidized schools all across America.
While well-known among Christian conservatives, Shepard’s board members were likely unfamiliar with Pastor Amanchukwu, who has a master’s degree in Christian Leadership from Liberty University; is a staff contributor with Turning Point USA; was featured in Robby Starbuck’s 2024 documentary The War on Children; and has been a guest on the Tucker Carlson Tonight Show, The Charlie Kirk Show, the Megyn Kelly podcast; The Gorka Reality Check, The Eric Metaxas Radio Show, In The Market with Janet Parshall, The Jenna Ellis Show, the Steadfast and Loyal Podcast with Allen West, Jason Whitlock Show, The Officer Tatum Show with Brandon Tatum, and Jesse Watters Primetime.
Pastor Amanchukwu began by addressing the presence of graphic, obscene, sexually deviant material at Shepard, books leftists identify as “age-appropriate” material to which minor children must be exposed in service of “diversity,” “inclusion,” and “representation”:
Your district is infamous because you all are finding creative ways to push perversion upon children. You have several issues going on at Shepard Middle School. … [Y]ou have a book entitled Queer: the LGBTQ Guide for Teens in that school district. The book reads,
“Genital stimulation can come from any body part you can use your hands or your hips or your feet or you can rub your private parts on someone’s thighs, arm, butt, genitals, ankles, wherever. You may stroke his penis insert fingers into his anus or insert fingers into her vagina. If you’re inserting fingers into somewhere, you may want to consider using a rubber glove to help prevent the spread of disease like syphilis, which is on the rise amongst gay men.”
So, here’s some advice for Pride Month: Don’t put your fingers in someone’s butt. All right?
Pastor Amanchukwu addressed yet another book that Shepard spent taxpayer funds to purchase, a book that no public school would have purchased if the religious figure blasphemed were Mohammed or Allah:
You also have a book entitled What Girls Are Made of at Shepard Middle School. It reads “Eat him and drink him and do with him what I will.” She was talking about worshiping Jesus, but come on, she was talking about sex … sex with Jesus. … she wanted to give Jesus head … so this book endorses giving oral sex and sucking the penis of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
You should be ashamed of yourselves for allowing this kind of smut and filth to be in the school district, and we will make sure that this nation sees you willful cowards who support this kind of mess.
No decent man would ignore the issue that thrust Shepard into the national klieg lights. That, of course, was the school’s effort to sexually integrate the girls’ locker room to serve the disordered desires of a boy who pretends to be a girl and the activists that promote the obliteration of all public recognition of and respect for sex differences. Pastor Amanchukwu is a decent man:
And … [on] the issue of the bathrooms: Look at the men who are on this board and the superintendent. How can you all claim to be men—providers and protectors and priests of your homes—and you allow a boy with a penis—not with a vagina, men don’t have vaginas, let me get that clear, men don’t have vaginas, nor do they have breasts … and men don’t lactate, and men should not have the right to go into the women’s restroom and defraud women of their privacy. … When men become neutered … they lose their voice. … [T]his issue should not persist with the number of men who are on this board. I say to every man that’s on this board, if you’re not speaking up loudly about this, you are complicit. You are a punk. You are a coward. And you are the reason why this is taking place.
Pastor Amanchukwu rejected the absurd, science-denying claims of “trans”-cultists and their collaborators. It should be embarrassing for school board members, presumably all college graduates, to pretend to believe that humans with penises can be girls. But leftists, arrogantly secure in their positions of cultural dominance, seem immune to embarrassment and utterly shameless.
Emasculated men, like the ones seated on the board impassively staring with unblinking eyes at a manly man, were confronted with the inconvenient truth that they have failed miserably at the central role of good men, which is to protect women and children. These men were called by Pastor Amanchukwu what they are: punks and complicit cowards.
Swimming in the turbid, fetid cultural water, they may rarely hear these truths. But they know them. Intuitively, buried deep inside their shrunken consciences, they know what men and women are. They know that humans with sexed bodies have privacy rights. And these men know that men are the protectors of children and women—or should be.
How did these men and so many other men become spiritual eunuchs? Many cultural critics, including Pastor Amanchukwu, point in the right direction: feminism. It is wave after wave of feminist theory that has severed men from their manhood, which leaves women and children vulnerable to diverse harms:
I know we have some feminists on this board, ones that don’t even want to look at me. What about the feminists in here? Don’t you want to protect women a woman’s right to choose … a woman’s right to have her voice? What about protecting the little girls who now have to go to school and contend with someone pushing sexual harassment upon them? That’s what you’re doing.
Women and children are paying the high price for the assault on masculinity that emerged from the feminist movement, which emasculated men and masculinized women.
Feminism has relentlessly assaulted masculinity, leaving boys to be trained up in ways no boy should go and leaving girls and women without protectors, without privacy, without husbands, and without babies.
Pastor Amanchukwu warned that “the DOJ and the DOE [are] coming … and you better be prepared.”
Let the bad P.R. resume and the lawsuits begin.
