Teachers Unions Oppose Diversity
With religious fervor, leftists faux-genuflect at the altar of diversity and equity. They also blather on about autonomy and fairness. But Americans not yet besotted by the Great Awokening know the words of woke leftists are hollow “performative speech acts” exploited to mask selfishness. Evidence of their hypocrisy is hiding in plain sight in any cultural arena that touches on the mis-education of future activists.
For example, look at how leftists view the Illinois scholarship program titled the Invest in Kids Act which offers tax credits to incentivize taxpayers to donate to the program, thereby enabling children to escape failing schools.

Rights in the Blinkered Eyes of Leftists
Increasingly, Democrats believe the atomistic desires of fallen humans constitute or determine civil rights. If men desire to legally marry men, access to marriage becomes a civil right. If women desire to be unencumbered by the humans growing inside them, access to human slaughter becomes a civil right. If minors want to masquerade as the sex they are not, accessing disfiguring surgeries and health-harming hormones becomes a civil right.
In their insistence that desire alone defines civil rights, Democrats ignore the distinction between civil rights and civil liberties, treating their desires as analogous to our natural, inherent, God-given, unalienable civil liberties.

In case you missed it, before Tuesday’s mid-term elections, Illinois Democrats were freaking out about conservatives freely choosing to get involved in local school board elections with the same kind of vigor Democrats have approached taking over—well, everything.
For the last half-century, leftists have been mincing, marching, charging, slashing, and sashaying through our institutions largely unimpeded. They now run state boards of education; elementary, middle, and high school administrations and faculties; colleges and universities; medical schools; law schools; social media; legacy media; professional medical and mental health organizations; the arts and entertainment, and Big Business. But that’s not enough for the leftist behemoth’s ravening appetite.

What in the World is Going On?
Like you, I am saddened by the murder of the innocent -again – at the hands of a deranged and mentally ill person. These acts of mass violence by a single individual are unprecedented and the product of the cultural and family breakdown in modern times. In nearly every profile of the attackers is someone from a dysfunctional family with no close friendships or sense of belonging. Assessing the facts that have already been revealed about the Nashville shooter, there seems little doubt that this attack, like nearly all other mass shootings, was targeted against a group of people the shooter both knew and sought revenge on.

The country was shocked to hear of yet another school shooting—a shooting made even more shocking because the shooter was a 28-year-old woman.
On Monday morning, March 27, 2023, Audrey Elizabeth Hale entered a Christian private school in Nashville, Tennessee where she murdered three children and three adults before the police killed her. It became known fairly soon after her murderous spree had ended that Hale had recently begun masquerading as a man. Shortly thereafter, it became known that she was autistic.

Illinois District 211’s controversial school board member Kim Cavill loves talking to other people’s children about sex. She discusses sex in classrooms with 11–14-year-olds, and until recently, she discussed sex in podcasts for tweens and teens. What she doesn’t love so much is having the community she purports to represent know exactly what she says to tweens and teens about sex, which is probably why she has taken down all her podcasts for kids about topics like porn, anal sex, and polyamory. The Internet, however, makes it difficult to hide everything.
